Abstract:
In recent years, remote employment and flexible work formats have become standard in various industries. This requires organizations to develop new approaches to managing remote teams. However, there is no universal model of the life cycle of a virtual team in modern science and practice, making it difficult to manage group processes and reducing the team's overall effectiveness. The author of this article proposes a heuristic model of the virtual team life cycle that includes key stages of group dynamics. Using this model in enterprise management enhances team communication and optimizes management processes. This model provides insight into the mechanisms of interaction between team members and identifies factors affecting the effectiveness of virtual teams. This article will be useful for practical managers and business leaders interested in optimizing virtual teamwork, as well as for theoretical researchers studying teamwork and management issues. The study's results can also serve as a basis for further research and the development of practical tools aimed at improving remote team effectiveness.
