Abstract:
The article examines the provision of public services in a digital format. The authors analyze the dynamics of public and municipal services, including their distribution by age groups and urban versus rural dwellers, highlight the most popular types of services, and identify digital and other digital barriers to their access. The primary method used to obtain data on the social impact of the application of public services in a digital format was the analysis of official statistics. The key indicators in the study are as follows: the share of citizens receiving public services in a digital format in the total number of applicants and public assessment of the quality of digital public services. The study emphasizes the importance of digital platforms for the provision of public services, such as \"Work in Russia\". The results of the study can be used to assess the social impact of applying public services, including employment support services, and to analyze the effectiveness of their provision by public authorities.
