Abstract:
The article examines the principal methodological approaches to a service promotion system in the hotel industry. In the course of conducting marketing research on the market conditions of hotel organizations in the large industrial city of Yekaterinburg, the main competitors of the Novotel hotel of the Yekaterinburg-Management LLC were identified. The article identifies the competitive advantages and disadvantages of the hotel organization. The main development trends of the system of hotel service promotion were identified. Methodological approaches to advertising policy in modern socio-economic conditions of the hospitality industry development on the example of the Novotel hotel were particularized.
