Abstract:
The monograph discloses theoretical, methodological and practical issues related to the formation of tools, the justification of directions, the development of mechanisms to ensure the effective functioning of the personnel management system through the formation of an HR brand of an enterprise.
The theoretical aspects of the formation of the HR-brand model of the enterprise in the human resources management system are investigated, the approaches to interpretation are systematized and the essence of the concept of “HR-brand” of the enterprise is clarified, the HR-brand models are analyzed, the features of the formation of the HR-brand of the enterprise in the personnel management system are highlighted.
The results of the analysis of the formation of the HR-brand of the enterprise in the human resource management system in the field of real estate are presented, the toolkit is proposed and the evaluation methodology is developed.
Directions for improvement are substantiated and a model of the HR brand of the enterprise is proposed, based on the development of a personnel strategy, value propositions of personnel, talent management, and the formation of career development programs.
The monograph can be useful to the heads of enterprises and organizations, scientists, teachers and students of higher educational institutions, graduate students and graduate students, students of economic specialties, as well as everyone who is interested in this issue.
