Abstract:
The article describes the testing of the method to analyze the effectiveness of the personnel evaluation system in organizations. The results of this research conducted with these techniques at the enterprises of the Irkutsk region are presented. The respondents were employees of human resources services in the public sector, education, trade and production associations. The authors examined the comments made by respondents during the survey. The article analyzes these comments on indicators and assessment criteria that determine the effectiveness of the personnel evaluation system. In addition, the approaches to the implementation of indicators and criteria for conducting a comprehensive analysis of the effectiveness of the personnel evaluation system in terms of its individual elements are examined. They are as follows: subject, object, item, assessment criteria, methods, frequency, assessment procedure, integration of the personnel evaluation system with other personnel management subsystems. The result of the work was an improved method to analyze the effectiveness of the personnel evaluation system.
