Abstract:
The article is devoted to the problems of evaluating and managing the ratio of labour productivity growth and wages as the most important elements of the strategic development of economies around the world. Rationalization of this ratio is reflected in the cost of goods and services, profitability and efficiency of production. This explains the relevance of the study of the relationship between labour productivity and wages in the digital economy. The purpose of the study was to analyze and evaluate the ratio of labour productivity and wages at the inter-country level and develop a mechanism for managing it. The authors present the results of a study of the dynamics of labour productivity and wages for individual countries in the dynamics of 2014-2018. The indicators of the ratio of growth rates of average wages in the countries are calculated. Models of wages are described.
