Abstract:
The paper raises the question of how to ensure economic security. The author believes that at the present stage of the co-evolution of people and social systems, the discourses on "innovations" are probably based on performative effects that magnify the triple spiral of science, economics, and politics – the metaphorical state corporation Technocracy. At the same time, the innovative potential is underestimated, that is, the potential of innovations and changes in the context of the co-evolution of others, by definition of no less significant functional systems: medicine, education, art, media, law, sports and religion.
