Abstract:

The article reviews the main implementation forms of social partnership for subjects of the educational services market and job market in the sphere of human resources provision for the economy of Orenburg Oblast. It also presents the results of a questionnaire survey of the region’s employer companies in the part of assessment of the effectiveness of their collaboration with higher educational institutions. The priority directions of the regional social partnership policy in the sphere of competitive experts training are suggested.
