Abstract:
The article analyzes the situation in the period of industrialization and urbanization regarding the introduction of a circular mechanism in the economy. The features of the implementation of the circular economy strategy are investigated depending on the level of socio-economic development, the characteristics of natural and human capital, state support, the level of technology and innovative opportunities of society. The characteristics of circular technology in various countries are characterized, the positive and negative aspects of introducing the principles of the circular economy in Russia are revealed. The conclusion is argued, according to which in our country a transition from a linear model of the economy to a circular one is possible, in case of the transformation of the existing structure of the functioning of the mineral resource sector, modernization of production and the introduction of innovative technologies while improving the ecological culture of society.
