Abstract:
The theoretical bases and practice of functioning of agricultural holdings in the aspect of development of economic relations on the basis of integration in agriculture are analyzed. The main directions and prospects of activity of agricultural holdings in agriculture are defined. It is determined that in Russia, after the creation of agricultural enterprises of market type, the agro-industrial complex rapidly began to develop economic and resource concentration, which is widespread in the form of agricultural holdings. Agricultural holdings, not reflected in the Russian legislation, have not become a new legal form of a legal entity, but are actively used as a way of organizing business in agriculture.
