System challenges of the fourth industrial revolution: uberization as a new business model

Abstract:
This article tells that use of information technologies, globalization of productions, services and the capital are prerequisites of development of the sixth technological way which coincides, according to researchers with the final phase of cybernetic or fourth industrial revolution. In these conditions digital transformations determine the scale and scope of distribution of the blasting innovations which are shown, first of all, in development of platforms. The most breakthrough embodiment of such platforms on the power and some of the main trends of development of electronic commerce since 2016 is the model of Uber or uberization. The provision that digital opportunities in this case are expressed in fundamental change of a business model as the complete approach covering all process from acquisition of service before its granting is formed is proved. Authors the maintenance of uberizatsionny model reveals, the scheme of interaction of contractors within uberization is described, the possible strategy of behavior of the companies are compared, possible risks are described. Need of revision by the modern companies of a traditional administrative paradigm and the operational models are based on the conclusions reflecting essence of system calls in the conditions of the fourth industrial revolution of society
