Abstract:
Purpose: based on the analysis of literary sources, as well as international experience in the development of small and medium-sized businesses in the energy sector to explore the features of the development of highly intelligent projects. Materials and methods: the methodological basis of this article are literary sources for the development of medium and small businesses in the energy sector, as well as features of the development of high-intelligence projects. In this article, applied methods such as analysis and synthesis, systematization and comparison. Results: this article defines the features of the development of highly intelligent projects in the field of energy. Conclusions: for Russia, the theme of development of the fuel and energy complex is particularly acute. At the same time, large-scale investments are needed to modernize infrastructure. It is also necessary to use the potential of small and medium – sized businesses, first of all-production, innovation. Without the involvement of small and medium-sized manufacturing businesses in cooperation with large enterprises, it is difficult to imagine how we will be able to implement the existing programs of reasonable, but sufficiently broad import substitution. This primarily applies to the production of oil and gas production and processing equipment and tooling, their operation and maintenancess. Application: the findings and results of the study can be used in the further development of features of the development of highly intelligent projects in the field of energy.
