Tendencies of formation of innovative-resource approach to the management of the company's water-industrial complex

Abstract:
In the article the authors study the necessity of formation of innovative-resource approach as an independent direction in system of enterprise management of the water industry. This formulation of the problem has become a topical issue in modern conditions of innovative development of water-industrial complex. To improve the efficiency of enterprise management of water-industrial complex there's a need for implementation of innovative engineering and management solutions, including the preservation of balance of interests of economy and ecology. The main source of increase of efficiency of functioning of enterprises of the water-industrial complex is rational and fuller use of resources. In this paper the authors propose a fundamentally new approach to management of water and industrial complex in conditions of development of innovative processes, given the classification of innovative technologies in the water industry sector, and shows the directions of the innovation-resource approach.
