Abstract:
In article it is offered to classify methods and tools of regional investment policy by stages of investment activities, with division into the general and selective that gives the chance of formation of the structured packages of tools. Communication between region type on the nature of investment activity and the most relevant for him group of methods is shown. The mechanism of realization of investment priorities of the region based on the differentiated use of tools for different groups of the target investors and branches making the investment portfolio of the region is developed. Examples of the structured packages of tools for branches of the investment portfolio of the Vladimir region are given. The offered approach can be used when developing regional investment policy.
