Abstract:
The content of the category of workers of the Crimea is fully determined by the demographic factors in the formation of the labor-age population, their age and gender composition, social and economic factors. In particular, the material development of enterprises, the degree of their structural modernization and, accordingly, their competitiveness in the market, the labor activity of the population, professional qualifications of staff, as well as territorial and sectoral mobility.
The article presents a theoretical generalization with a practical solution of a scientific problem, manifested in the theoretical and methodological substantiation of the content of the category of workers of the Crimea, inherent in the sphere of material production.
