Abstract:
Changes in the real estate market are obvious: there is a qualitative and quantitative transformation of the structure of demand and the portrait of the buyer are adjusted. The business environment and the conditions of state regulation of the real estate market are changing significantly. There are global changes that affect all areas of business and the real estate market is no exception.
This article provides an overview of the three key groups of factors that shape market changes — global factors, changes among market participants, and government regulation. Based on the processing and analysis of statistics and data published by the expert community, practitioners and researchers of the real estate market, this article formulates the theses on the new picture of the residential real estate market. The material may be useful to everyone who operates in the residential real estate market, develops products for market participants and conducts specialized research.
