Abstract:
The modern world economy is characterized by the change of traditional economic formations. The most important mechanism in this process is innovative development, the basic element of which is the development of the intellectual property market. The process of effective use of in-tellectual property and its commercialization cannot be imagined without proper management of the value of intellectual property. The greatest difficulty in this case is the assessment of the cost of complex objects of intellectual property rights, which include several protected rights to the results of intellectual activity, because in calculating the value of such objects it is necessary to take into account all the uncertainties associated with the rights to the results of intellectual activ-ity included in the complex object. At the moment, both in theory and in practice, there is no universal approach to determining the value of complex objects of intellectual property rights, which determines the need to develop existing tools for assessing the value of intellectual prop-erty rights for such objects.
