Abstract:
Creation and development of digital technologies, integrated with business and HR - strategies, in order to provide substandard access to competitive situations of its transformation into a technological one. Human resource management is the most dynamic subsystem of management and personal management technology entails a great influence on the result as a whole, which confirms the special significance of studying the influence of digitalization on this management sphere. The authors focus their attention on the transformation of the most important management subsystem - the personnel management system under the influence of the digital economy. At the junction of digitalization and personnel management, the emergence of new forms of management is digitalized personnel management. The article discusses the main theoretical positions of digitalized personnel management, identifies its structure, components, impact on the internal environment of the company and the labor market, in general.
