Abstract:
The article is devoted to the evolutionary process of development of the domestic labour market in post-Soviet period of economic development. Menovyh development processes at work is carried out on two fronts. The first covers the development of the domestic labor market, where the market relations and the functioning of the market mechanism at work. And the second area covers the development of competition in the world of work, where the competitive environment and the conditions of competition Wednesday. Therefore, an integrated approach to analysis is issued menovyh processes in the sphere of labour, the essence of which consists in the joint consideration of competitive and market relations and links. Menovyh development processes at work in the post-Soviet period is characterized by the three stages of development and is characteristic for each stage of development, the subject of labour studies.
