Abstract:
The article considers the possibility of interaction between the regions of the Yenisei Siberia in order to cover the needs of the population in food and, as a consequence, to ensure their food security. The following target characteristics of the economic factor affecting food security are identified: the volume of food production, the price of food, economic and physical accessibility, the state of agricultural production, the level of food supply.
The characteristic of components of an economic factor on each region of Yenisei Siberia was made and the tendency of their influence on total food safety is defined.
