Abstract:
The article presents the results of the study of the developed algorithm for managing the intellectual and creative resources of the innovation-active organization, the purpose of which is to provide the management process with support for the required level of competitiveness of the innovative enterprise. The main emphasis is placed on increasing the efficiency of using the organization’s intellectual and creative (human) resources, provided that the “inner” freedom of innovators is ensured by creating an atmosphere of emotional and business confidence between management and employees. The contribution of linear and top managers to the effectiveness of the implementation of innovative projects that correspond to the dynamics of changes in innovative market demands is taken into account separately. At the same time, the role of business owners interested in ensuring that the innovative activity of the enterprise corresponds to the “near” and “long-range” strategic changes in the innovative demands of the market is highlighted.
