Abstract:
In the modern world, in many developed countries, process of integration has reached high level. In Russia this process only begins to gain steam therefore the state pays much attention to this process. Carrying out researches in the marked area is necessary for the fastest introduction of process of integration in our country. On the basis of innovative activity and interaction of self-organization territorial and partnership with formation of clusters the innovative organization is created as subject to development which purpose and the effective mechanism of functioning it is created for development of a complex which provides competitiveness of the region.
