Abstract:
In this article, using the method of binary logistic regression, authors identified the main characteristics of the Russian gastrotourism. Gastronomic tourism is a new fashionable trend, dynamically developing all over the world, including in the territory of the Russian Federation. However, in order to create a competitive offer in this market, it is necessary to determine the characteristics of the potential audience. The definition of the main demographic and psychographic characteristics of Russian gastroturists will contribute to the creation of a competitive tourist product in the Russian market, as well as the development of domestic tourism in the country, which is extremely important in the current political and economic situation.
