Abstract:
In the article functions of incomes are considered/ They are, as follows: reproductive, stimulating, social functions. The analysis of social policy functions is carried out: a) ensuring social stability, social protection of certain social groups; security of the population as a whole; b) ensuring political stability of power; c) ensuring an equitable distribution of power in the organization, economic resources and economic effect. Definitions of income's types of the population are given.
