Position's security profile as a tool for assessing the reliability of sales staff

Abstract:
The construction of profiles is widely used in personnel management. In the theory and practice of personnel management, various profiles are developed: job profiles, personnel risk profiles, profiles of a key employee, etc. Profiling allows to determine what competencies an employee should have, which of them are the most important, and profiling is one of the tools for personnel evaluation. At the same time, the use of these profiles does not allow to assess the threats posed by each workplace (position), and vulnerabilities (weaknesses that make it possible to implement the threats), as well as to determine a set of measures that provide a sufficient level of protection of the organization's resources. To this purpose, the article proposes the use of the post security profile. A sample of its filling on the example of the position of the seller-consultant is given. The profile can be used as a tool to assess the reliability of employees from the position of ensuring the organization's personnel security. It can be developed as a complement to the job profile and can also be used as a stand-alone tool for assessing staff reliability.
