Abstract:
The article presents a comparative analysis of trends in the use of anti-dumping measures in the WTO and the EAEU countries. On the basis of the conducted analysis positive and negative consequences (problems) of application of anti-dumping measures in the world practice are revealed and possible ways of their decision are offered. The article will be of interest to specialists in the field of foreign economic activity, as well as to all those interested in the problems of international economic relations.
