Abstract:
The article considers the features of interaction between socio-demographic, economic processes and the system of territorial settlement at the present stage. The main directions of their regulation are shown taking into account the interaction of these factors in order to achieve sustainable development of territories. By means of calculations on municipalities of the Republic of Bashkortostan the character of interaction of dynamics of use of demographic potential and economic growth is revealed. The factors of changes in population settlement are considered. The role of innovation in the development of the settlement system is revealed. The main directions of restructuring of the settlement system with the requirements of more complete use of demographic, economic and landscape potentials are proposed.
