Abstract:
The article describes the characteristics of building relationships between the PRC and Norway at the beginning of the XXI century. We give a list of key issues of cooperation and problems of building cooperation in the current architecture of bilateral relations during the global economic crisis. We raise the issue of Spitsbergen. We analyze the sources of the two countries on the actual issues of cooperation between Oslo and Beijing. We show the key niches for the development and creation of state dialogues and we give a forecast on the prospects for the development of partnership between China and Norway at the beginning of the 21st century.
