Abstract:
We may see the formation process of methodological foundations of the postindustrial service sphere, the development of scientific method of function, the role of service science (serviceology). The theoretical foundations of service industry are also forming in the context of globalization of the services market. We may also see the development of service and information technologies and communications. We suggest a four-level service model that can be used for the analysis of services’ competitiveness.
