Abstract:
The article analyses the features of adaptation of staff of a multinational corporation. The urgency of adaptation of expats in the company lies in the practical importance of human resources management of a multinational enterprise. The goal of the study is the analysis of the specifics of adaptation of expats to labor and the design of criteria of staff adaptation in multinational company. Achieving this goal will allow to determine the impact of the adaptation of expats in a multinational company on the effectiveness of its activities.
