Abstract:
The article reviews issues of development of the social entrepreneurship in the third sector of the national economy. It is studied and proven that the social entrepreneurship is the tool that must be the social measurement of the structural Russian economic modernization. The effect of the field of paid services on economic and social lives of the population at the regional level is analyzed. The set of indices for the economic effectiveness of the field of paid services in the RF subject is formed.
