Abstract:
Complex exploitation of large sports objects, optimization of budgets, application of new technological solutions are prioritized directions of managerial activities within the frames of an investment project. Based on the research of the modern experience in managing the objects of this type by studying official documents, domestic and foreign scientific literature and practices, the authors propose theoretical and practical recommendations as for the development of a unified concept of managerial activities aimed at the increase of the economic efficiency of exploitation of these objects. The results obtained in this article may be applied by developers within the frames of their professional activities.
