The efficiency analysis of interaction between business entities and public authorities

Abstract:
In the article the efficiency of interaction between business entities and public authorities is considered. Based on the performed structuring of the lifecycle of business and state interaction, the authors have set the priorities for performing analytical procedures aimed at determination of the efficiency of such cooperation. The authors have also developed their own method of efficiency assessment according to the criterion of “money flows” and proposed indices to determine budgetary, commercial and social efficiency, as well as common effect of cooperation. Critical analysis of using the formula of net present value in the People’s Republic of Donetsk has been performed. The results of the article will be of interest to public authorities of the People’s Republic of Donetsk for the purpose of improving the mechanism of interaction between public authorities and business entities at the efficiency assessment of joint implementation of socially important budgetary projects.
