Abstract:
In the article the authors present the main theories explaining the definition “outsourcing” and also tie them together in a single logical methodology. The study is based on multiple works of foreign and Russian authors, practical experience of the work of large companies and management teaching in Higher School of Management of the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration. The authors of this article not only reveal the definitions of the theory, but also support them with particular examples from Russian and international business. The article will be of interest for the experts in the sphere of state management, top and medium-level managers, researchers and scholars in the field of economics and delegation of authorities (outsourcing).
