Abstract:
Nowadays, under conditions of accelerated changes and activated globalization processes, the knowledge management plays a greater role in the increase of the effectiveness of corporate activities. There are many knowledge management models. Each of them has its own advantages and disadvantages. Thus, the author believes that models for organization of experience exchange and communication between employees, development and execution of standards and guidelines, formation of the idea and general principles of the management system are the most effective and long-lasting ones.
