    Abstract:
The monograph has developed a mechanism to support the strategy of energy management at an industrial enterprise. It is based on the principle of achieving high energy saving rates due to internal intellectual resources, human capital development, as well as comprehensive consideration of energy and environmental problems at the enterprise. To activate such a mechanism at the enterprise, in this paper we propose a unique concept for the domestic experience of the formation and development of energy-efficient human capital. This paper shows why energy conservation remains one of the strategic priorities in the activities of modern metallurgical enterprises. It is obvious that most enterprises have developed and formalized elements of energy policy and implemented energy management systems, but a number of problems remain in their practical use. The monograph is intended for specialists in the field of economics, labor economics, researchers and practitioners, teachers and students of economic faculties of universities, for a wide range of readers.

Keywords: energy management, energy saving strategy, energy efficiency.
