Innovative techniques of industrial infrastructure transformation in modern conditions

Abstract:
The relevance of the reindustrialization of the economy is dictated by a number of circumstances, among which the most important is the need, repeatedly called for by economists and now actually confirmed by political and economic conditions, to develop its own industry, which requires an adequate level of production and innovation infrastructure. The article examines the imperatives of reindustrialization, the challenges facing the industrial infrastructure, and also proposes three groups of solutions. The first group is related to the modern challenges facing individual elements of the innovation and production infrastructure. The second group is the formation of professional associations, consortia and associations in this field. The third group is the organization of sectoral and intersectoral competence centers.
The author has proposed methodological recommendations in terms of determining the expediency of creating and sizing associations of infrastructure companies, as well as making decisions on the participation of independent infrastructure facilities in them.
The methods of expanding the scientific and production base of the infrastructure in conditions of shortage of personnel and production facilities are revealed.
