    Abstract:
    The monograph is devoted to the improvement of organizational and methodological support for the creation and management of business processes of a small innovative enterprise. Rapid economic growth, scientific research in various fields of economic activity lead to the emergence of fundamentally new innovative technologies and products. The theoretical and practical significance of the monograph lies in the expansion of conceptual ideas about the functioning of a small innovative enterprise, the development of methodological foundations for managing business processes of a small innovative enterprise based on the concept of TQM, which is a significant contribution to the development of economics. The monograph can be useful for students, postgraduates, managers, managers of enterprises and practitioners in the field of business process management of a small innovative enterprise.
