Abstract:
This article is devoted to the study of the transformation processes of property as one of the fundamental institutions of civil society. Nowadays the development of the property institution goes in the direction of destroying the connection between the object and the subject of property. There is a tendency of the gradual alienation of the individual not only from the world of things, but also from physical being. The article provides numerous examples that support this hypothesis. A historical retrospective of the property relations transformation helps to distinguish stages of alienation. Firstly, the individual is not only the body, but also the object of the outside world. Secondly, the individual equals to his household. Thirdly, that the individual is only his body and abilities. And today, when even body parts have become the object of sale, we can talk about the complete and comprehensive alienation of the subject from the object of property and the final destruction of the individual integrity. The obtained results are of interest to economics and jurisprudence researchers involved in property relations development.
