Abstract:
The article represents the results of the research on the conditions for reducing time and, as a consequence, financial losses while organizing the converting process of information resources into information products. The main potential for reducing these losses is the equivalence of professional knowledge for the manager and the developer of the information product. For this purpose, a step-by-step mechanism has been developed to bring the intellectual level of the source (manager) and receiver of the information (developer) to an equivalent level. For this purpose, it is justified the need to create a special training department at the enterprise, the purpose of which will be to align the competence level of personnel in order to increase company’s efficiency by identifying skill gaps and eliminating them. By developing the professional and socially oriented knowledge of the staff, the company's management improves their interaction with each other and also with external specialists of other companies. This leads to losses a) reduction in the delivery and perception of information, which is constantly becoming more complex; b) an increase in the speed of response to incoming information and a more effective use of digital technologies for the management of the enterprise as a whole.
