Abstract:
This paper deals with the management of nuclear power complexes in the conditions of digitalization of their infrastructure. The role of information and communication technologies and intelligent decision support systems in the nuclear power industry for integrating the adaptive management mechanism for timely resolution of strategic problem situations and finding ways to solve them is defined. The relevance of this research is due to the current state and analysis of the industry development strategy, when after post-perestroika stagnation, the nuclear industry demonstrates a number of successful projects in Russia and abroad (China, India, Iran, Turkey), which requires the development of information and methodological support for the strategic management system based on technological changes that constantly bring new characteristics to complex economic systems and to the economic relations of individual nuclear industry enterprises at the strategic and tactical level. The purpose of the research is to determine the role of digital technologies in the formation of a strategic management system in the nuclear industry. The results of the research are the determination of the characteristics of management entities in the digital energy market, the essence of the state vertical, and the assessment of the role of digital technologies in the management system of nuclear industry enterprises.
