Abstract:
The article attempts to partially rehabilitate corruption as a characteristic attribute of social justice society, which is predetermined not so much by the criteria of personality evaluation (delinquent inclinations) as by the demands of society with the rivalry of normative systems-dilapidated and strengthening. This is determined by the importance of legitimizing the auxiliary value of corruption as an impartially predetermined method of building a new social balance and a new social situation.
