Abstract:
The conceptual foundations of the security theory are presented in the article. The authors pay special attention to the theory of human security, as well as to the definition of indicators that could be used to assess the level of human security. In conclusion the author's assessment of the level of human security in the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union on the basis of the Human Development Index (HDI) is given. The article is intended for specialists in the economic security, world economy, as well as for scientists, postgraduates and students interested in the problems of security and economic integration
