Abstract:
The article analyzes information about the increase in the number of enterprises and an increase in the share of private capital in the regional petrochemical and chemical cluster for the development of innovative projects for its territorial integration. The objects of research are such types of economic activities as the extraction of fuel and energy minerals, the production of coke, oil products, chemical production, and the production of rubber and plastic products. The use of cluster analysis, simplex optimization, and the theory of fuzzy sets is proposed as modeling methods. The proposed integrated approach allows us to form a hierarchical structure of organizations in the innovation cluster according to the specified types of economic activity and various forms of ownership, to optimize it and determine the future profitability of the assets of organizations for these types of economic activities, taking into account the optimistic and pessimistic scenario for the development of the innovation cluster
