Abstract:
In the 21st century, innovations in various fields, including health care, are rapidly developing around the world. Russia does not lag behind the world level, and the Russian Government supports developments in the field of medicine not only individuals, but also approves Federal projects. This article gives information about what funds are allocated for their development, and how the process of implementation of innovative projects is carried out. It is also said what areas of health care the state focuses on, and what development of medicine is expected in the country until 2024. On the basis of this highlighted the problems arising in the improvement of medicine through the use of new technologies. These problems affect the world ranking of the country in the field of "Smart health" and determine the further development of Russia, taking into account the global trends applied in more developed countries in this area.
