Abstract:
The article defines the essence of activating industrial policy to form the conditions for economic growth and innovation activity of enterprises, specifies its features and characteristics, such as new management methods based on cyber-physical systems, polycentrism, integration and cooperation, high turbulence of the external environment, networking and high growth potential. New management methods in enhancing innovation activity are closely related to the development of information technologies and new features of intelligent technologies, large-scale use of Internet technologies, knowledge extraction technologies (OLAP, data science, MDAT and simulation modeling) information processing, search, registration and storage of data. Their widespread introduction into the production and marketing management system of a modern digital enterprise corresponds to the characteristics of Industry 4.0.
