Role of intellectual capital in forming innovation potential of Russian organization

Abstract:
Level of innovation system development becomes one of fundamental factors for national entities competitiveness. It demands closer research of intellectual capital meaning and role in context of innovation development, and potential of economic systems. The research is aimed at elaborating mechanism to estimate human capital development index influence on organizational innovation activity. Methodological base of the research consists of Economics and Mathematics models to analyze economic interaction, concepts of Russian and foreign specialists in sphere of intellectual capital and innovation development. In frames of estimation techniques statistical, mathematical and comparative analysis methods are used. In conclusion formed estimation systems of human capital index influence and entities innovation activity, based on integral parameters estimation methodology, are supposed.

Highlights:

Способности организации к осуществлению инновационной деятельности называются потенциальном по генерации результатов в сфере инноваций (т.е. инновационным потенциалом). Инновационный потенциал зависит от ресурсов и компетенций организации, так как именно эти факторы определяют возможности по разработке инновационных идей внутри персонала. Инновационный потенциал формируется главным образом с учетом развития интеллектуального капитала в рамках экономической системы. Корреляционно-регрессионный анализ определенных параметров демонстрирует значительно высокий уровень взаимодействия индекса развития человеческого капитала и инновационной активности организаций, что, в свою очередь, доказывает это влияние. В контексте роли организаций государственной власти было установлено, что уровень общей эффективности взаимодействия между коммерческими организациями и органами государственной власти развит недостаточно.
