Abstract:
Purpose: based on current research, examine the need for agribusiness in quality education and identify the prospects for a private-public partnership in Russia. Materials and methods: the methodological basis of this article is to study the needs of modern Russian agribusiness in quality education, as well as the role and prospects of private-public partnership in Russia. In this article, applied methods such as analysis and synthesis, systematization and comparison. The analytical and informational materials obtained during the preparation of this article are summarized and structured in accordance with the general requirements for the development of scientific and methodological foundations on the topic of the article. Results: this article defines the role and importance of modern agribusiness in the Russian economy and the need for agribusiness in quality education. This article also considers the question of whether modern Russian agribusiness is capable of acting in conjunction with a public-private partnership in the field of education for the agricultural sector. Conclusions: the agro-industrial sector, like any other sector of the Russian economy, has undergone globalization. All this predetermined the needs of agribusiness in quality personnel, and in order to obtain this qualitative composition it is necessary to obtain a quality education. That is, higher and secondary educational institutions should create a powerful educational base that will meet international standards and allow for training on world platforms. The findings and research results can be used to study the needs of agribusiness in quality education, as well as to identify the prospects of private-public partnership in Russia in the field of agro-industrial personnel.
