Abstract:
This work is devoted to the study of changes in the labor market in Russia in the next 10 years in the context of reduction and aging of the rural population in the digitalization and automation of agriculture. The aim of the work is to make a detailed forecast of the labor market changes in 10 years. The results of the study led to the conclusion that in the conditions of global digitalization and automation of economic sectors, the reduction of jobs will be a natural and planned phenomenon, which, in turn, will entail the need for highly qualified and talented specialists. Agriculture, which is subject to many negative factors, is particularly affected by this problem. Therefore, when talking about the development of agriculture, special attention should be paid to the capitalization of rural human resources, based on positive and negative trends.
