Abstract:
The article identifies and calculates the loss of working time for the head and employees of the structural division at the enterprise, which arises in goal setting, planning, decision-making, implementation, organization and control. This allows us to identify their composition and structure, and to assess the possible effect of eliminating time losses of working time. We suggest and apply the method of ranking tasks in organizing the working time of the heads of the structural division at the enterprise (head, deputy head) and economists of the department, based on the application of ABC analysis, which allows grouping tasks in accordance with the initial and target plans for individual work, finding problems and assessing deviations from the key parameters of the working schedule, and also allows developing and ranking measures to improve the working time productivity.
